弊社が利用する予約管理システム「TEMAIRAZU（手間いらず）」（提供：手間いらず株式会社）において、第三者による不正アクセスが確認されました。
手間いらず株式会社では、今回原因となった箇所を特定し、当該箇所への対策を完了するとともに、必要な再発防止を実施したと報告がございましたのでお知らせいたします。

現在、WhatsApp等のメッセージアプリを通じて、不正なリンクへ誘導する事例が報告されております。
当ホテルでは、メール・WhatsAppその他のオンライン上の連絡手段を通じて、以下の情報の入力や再登録をお願いすることは一切ございません。

・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージに返信しない
・メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・予約内容を確認する場合は、予約された宿泊施設または宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ問い合わせる

不審なメールやメッセージを受信された場合は、本文内のリンクにはアクセスせず、メッセージを削除していただきますようお願いいたします。
また、送信元のメールアドレスやURL、送信アカウント名等をご確認いただき、不審な点がある場合は十分ご注意ください。

We have recently confirmed the circulation of suspicious emails (phishing emails) and fraudulent messages impersonating our hotel group and online booking platforms.
In particular, cases have been reported in which users were directed to fraudulent links through messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
Please note that our hotel will never ask guests, WhatsApp, or any other online communication tools, to provide or re-register any of the following information:
• Credit card information
• Passwords
• Re-registration of personal information
If you receive any suspicious email or message, please do not access any links contained in the message, and delete it immediately.
We also recommend that you carefully verify the sender’s email address, URL, and account name, and exercise caution if anything appears suspicious.
